Great staff at entrance. Restaurant was a bit dirty. Had to call staff to serve us. Difficulty sleeping due to noise late at night outside room Gym facilities need updating.

Hotel deco looking tired, corridor carpets dirty, doesn't supply 2 room entry cards per couple, bathrooms towels are old & frayed. The duty manager appeared to be cold and unwelcoming. Generally we got the impression the management was not investing enough into the hotel. some of the dining room staff gave good service and the chef accommodated our special requests.
