Enjoyed walking around the grounds. Ease of access to river walk, shopping streets, restaurants.

Hotel needs to be rehabbed (which is apparently happening next year). Our room was shabby and carpet, filthy. We left after one night of our two night stay because my fiancé heard squeaks coming from our walls/ceiling in the middle of the night. Not sure if it was birds or vermin but we didn’t want to find out. Disappointed in this Relais Chateaux property.

Everything was amazing. The restaurant was superb and the service was exceptional. Great, friendly staff. Room had a wonderful view.

The staff were extremely attentive and accommodating. The grounds were extensive and beautiful. Room was very spacious overlooking the front fountain area.

The Michelin restaurant fantastic… the other restaurant & room service were mediocre & the rules of what you could get where were ridiculous
