This hotel was perfect and had the quaint Italian design. The view of the Mediterranean from our balcony was amazing! The breakfast was delicious. Christina was a pleasure to deal with.

Delux room with corner balcony, what a view. Should have a sofa on balcony. Car parking great, short walk up stairs. Funny pug dog at reception. Breakfast fine. Drove to Carcara pizza restaurant at top of road goes right ,around church, car park at restaurant. Or they will pick you up.Some Airbnb's just below hotel if you can't all fit in.

They lady at the reception wanted to bribe to check us in. She claimed that since it was 11 pm in the night she needed to charge us Euro 50 per room to help us. Heck on. Little did I expect this from them.

The service is terrible, it is really not a hotel. You should not even promote this property it is a lousy apartment building with no service and the property has so many garbage in the roof that it is noisy the whole time. It’s the worst hotel in Italy.

The area is slightly away from the main area of Amalfi and although a bus stop is right next door, the hotel does not sell tickets. The hotel needs to inform people that accessability is by stairs only. Getting our huge luggage up and down the stairs was a challenge.

Didn't like that we had to check in by 10pm. our flight was delayed and out of our control. We called up earlier to inform them of this and that we will be late. Lady said they will Close the doors at 10pm and we have to find somewhere else to stay.

Great hotel, stunning view
A really nice hotel in a fabulous spot. far enough from Amalfi to be peaceful, but close enough to walk there is you are feeling fit. The view from the room was stunning. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. The restaurant served great food and breakfast was fabulous. Free parking was a bonus. The staff were really nice and very helpful and made our stay even more pleasurable. We hope to visit the area again some day, and will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is a 5 minute ride outside of Amalfi, beautifully situated on the hill with amazing views. We had a window overlooking the sea. Room was very clean and hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner has a wide veranda with sweeping views. We would definitely stay here again!!

Nice hotel with stunning view
Nice hotel with a stunning panoramic view of the Almalfi cost. Location is great, away from the hustle of Almalfi but walkable into town (30 mins) or on bus routes. Rooms were clean and comfortable with great black out blinds for absolute peace. Breakfast was fine, hotel staff very friendly and helpful, dinner excellent. The only reason for scoring down slightly was that I felt the description re. Use of pool was misleading - yes you can use the neighbouring hotel pool, when they are not preparing for an event, but you pay for entry like any other who has walked off the street.

Extremely disappointed - false hope and rude staff
Expedia states "guests can use the outdoor pool at a partner property" & the hotel website "The Hotel Villa Felice, offers its customers an exclusive swimming pool." On seeing there was this pool option, we booked the hotel. On arrival (in Mid August), we were told the pool was shut for seven days due to a wedding. We had not been informed of this in advance. As we were not given any prior notice, we complained and requested some form of compensation or even just an apology. Both owners became very confrontational and aggressive; which included sending us a very angry email, as quoted below, when we registered a poor check in review. - "this is a threat if you do not like to go away is not my problem here you do not give anything I do not think that your home gives you things it's the first time a customer asks for something in return, which is a shame, for me you can do what you want the room is paid you can also go away because you despise everything. another fundamental thing arrogantly you have placed yourself, demanding things not ours no us" Best Regards Director" Additionally, we were not informed of the price to use the pool, and were told we could use an "exclusive beach". As 2 extremely fit young people, we found the 30-40 min steep stair walk down to the beach incredibly difficult. The beach was not exclusive, it was packed and expensive. Overall, we are extremely disappointed.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful! However, they don’t have a pool and usually use the one at the hotel facing them (which is closed frequently in the summer because of weddings). The bus stop to go to the city is right in front of the hotel (unless you choose to drive which is definitely not recommend). The room and the hotel were clean, however the bed we had was very uncomfortable (old mainly), and the shower was small you can barely turn in there and the door was broken. We only stayed for one night, and overall it was good. The view from where you have breakfast is remarkable!

Beautiful views of the coast. The staff was warm and attentive and always looking to help with whatever we needed. Christiana, Magdalena, and Luca were just outstanding. The free breakfast was a great way to start each day.

Beautiful Hotel with a beautiful view.
The hotel and view were amazing, staff was very helpful and did everything they could to make our stay a happy one. Rooms were clean, location was great, bus stopped right in front of the hotel, taking you to Amalfi and other villages. If you're looking for a place to stay near Amalfi, look no more, book it and do it now and have a great stay on the Amalfi Coast. We will be back.
