This place is an absolute gem, it's an old 13th century monastery converted into a beautiful 5 star hotel. The staff are super helpful, friendly and professional. You can't go wrong if you can afford the cost!

If you like Air Conditioner in your room to work don't stay at the Anantara Convento di Amalfi Hotel. Expedia specified the hotel had AC as well as the Hotel website. I asked why the AC was not working and they said the AC was seasonal but when we were there in April it was not cold it was hot at night. They bought us a Dyson FAN for the 4 nights!!!! When I asked is they can give us a refund they did not want to give us any refund for the room not having any AC. This is a 5 star hotel for this to happen is unacceptable!!!!! Never again are we staying there.

We had the most amazing stay. We were blown away by how beautiful the hotel is. The location was perfect and the staff were 110% Franceso was just amazing at looking after us. We must certainly will be back and stay longer.

We loved the fact that the hotel was a converted Abbey/Convent and all the history which is associated with the property. The views from the terraces are spectacular and the breakfast and aperitivo options for enjoying the view on the terrace make the most of these views. The poolside service was also excellent.

Everything about this hotel was phenomenal. Between the breathtaking views, infinity pool and amazing staff it was Well worth it. We came for our honeymoon and never have stayed anywhere so upscale. We did 2 nights and it was The perfect amount of time to enjoy the amentities and scenery. Hope to come back one day
