Carmella, Gianni and the other Gentleman who are part of the Hotel are welcoming and inviting. We certainly will be back to stay at L’Antico Borgo dei Limoni again.

We stayed here for three nights. The room and bathroom were clean. The views from the terrace were spectacular. The receptionist, Alessio, was very helpful and gave us good advice about where to go and where to eat. The guesthouse was quite conveniently situated for touring the area.

The view here is stunning. It can be difficult to get here, so ensure you have read the bus routes correctly or contact the property beforehand! Air conditioning is amazing in summer.

The property was beautiful with flowers and the view was amazing. Alessio was a perfect host. He showed us all the bus and boat routes. He bakes, cooks, and is an all around really nice guy. Wonderful stay for 4 days! Donna

A great hotel near Amalfi!

This hotel is situated high up on the mountain side overlooking the Mediterranean, a stunning location! However, if you arrive from Sorrento/Positano by SITA bus (which is the main way of public travel along the coast), then beware getting off too early as the walk up to the hotel is a vertical climb of around 30-35 flights of stairs. You can stay on the bus a bit longer and catch a connecting local bus going up the mountain side, which stops around 400 meters from the hotel. (Google suggests the former option but if you have mobility restrictions or heavy luggage, this would be very challenging) We stayed in the suite in this hotel, which had a sweeping view over the Mediterranean and a private balcony with sun loungers and table and chairs. The welcome and service was excellent with a good amount of information provided, although the WiFi password was only communicated verbally (which we didn't get quite right so had to wait til the next day to ask again. A little written info on this would have been great!) It was very clean and the bed was a super-king, which was a treat. There was a minibar/fridge in the room too. Breakfast was good with fresh croissant, cakes, coffee, juices and fruit. There was also bread, jams and some cheese and meat. Overall, I would give it a 6/10 for breakfast, as I prefer a lower carb breakfast but it was still very enjoyable. We would be very happy to stay here again!

I would recommend this as a place to stay if you want to be close to amalfi beach but not quite in the middle. The view we had was incredible, the breakfast was okay, the one main thing that was a problem for us was in the bathroom, it basically flooded everytime we had a shower and we had mop it up with towels which wasn't fun! But I heard that other rooms aren't like that. So I'd recommend for the view, and also they offer a place where you can keep your car because there isn't many places to park and you can just use the bus which was handy for us!

Staff was friendly but with limited English. The room was comfortable, but the shower drain didn't work properly, and we had ants invade in search of our food items. It was located too far from the town centers to comfortably walk, so having a car is important.
