Check in was wonderful. The lady behind the desk was welcoming and you could tell she cared about people and making them comfortable during their stay. The room was nice and spacious. Everything was clean up kept. The only thing a little off was a musty smell, but it was humid outside and it wasn't overwhelmingly strong. Everything else worked great (AC, Fridge, didn't try the microwave) and was clean and comfortable. A nice place to stay when we visit family.

Don’t stay here
Posted 16 Aug 2024 on HotelsWe arrived and someone else was in front of us. Then another lady behind the front desk also started talking talking to him. They laughed and chatted for a while. I waited and waited. Then we finally were able to speak to them and check in. She laughed at my name and was taking her sweet time. There were stairs- no elevators. The room smelled humid. No shampoo only conditioner and lotion. Will never stay there again.

We apologize that there was no shampoo in the room. We do have shampoo and if there is ever not something in your room please let the front desk know so that they can make sure you have it. Not bad for the price
Posted 11 Aug 2024 on HotelsReceptionist outstanding room conditions bear to poor. Outlets didn't work in the bedroom hair dryer game work. When we got there the room was hot as all get out 84°.
