Very surprising how clean and new the place was. You can’t beat it for the price. Will definitely be my go to spot next time I’m in Alvin,Texas

I liked the room's set up, spacious, clean, and simple. They did have an issue with not having hot water but eventually corrected this issue. Also, the router's light is too bright at night making it difficult to sleep. I had to hang by cell phone holster on it to block out much of the light.

Requested lower level room due to disability and elderly. Told NO other room except upstairs but not a bad walk.
Was given receipt with lower price than advertised on Expedia and was told it would not be honored-it was given to me by mistake.
Blood on shower curtain and 1 bed all the way thru 3 mattress covers. Apparently the were bed bugs as well. Suzanne working desk wasn't concerned.
Heaven, working desk said only construction being done was furniture being moved in and out; however, early morning noise included workers hollering back and forth over saws, drills and hammers.
There was blood on shower curtain, sheets, 3 mattress covers & mattress. Couldn’t sleep in 1 bed for health precautions & unsanitary bedding. Called but no one answered.
Once presented photos to desk agent, Suzanne, at 9:30 ish am 7/16/24 she only said she would have maintenance change them out.
Expedia and Studio 6 Alvin, Texas owner are more concerned about profit than customer safety, satisfaction and service.
