Temperature in room was 21.5 and despite me turning it to 18 desired temperature, and the air conditioning on full power, it did not reduce the temperature overnight. Secondly was it’s a bit annoying having to return to your car after checkin to put the parking slip on the dashboard. "Lovely hotel, beautiful park behind it was lovely for walking in even though the weather was not good. Hotel is beautiful, the interior is stunning. Our room (we had a suite) was lovely. Food was good in the restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a casino next door and a water park next to that. Our only gripe was the pillows on the beds. You had one large and one small one each and they were way too soft. "
