"Friendly and helpful staff. Great location with numerous beer halls, restaurants and the amazing Viktualienmarkt a short walk away. Very convenient to the Marienplatz train station. They had redone the lobby area since we were there last year with a new cafe and bar with pastries and fun drinks. "

"MIO by AMANO is centrally located. We were able to walk to Marienplatz and to the Residenz. The main train station is about a mile and so is the main bus station. The hotel itself is clean and the room we had was spacious. The checkin/checkout process is really easy. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again."

"The two best things about this property are the staff and the location. Staff was helpful and friendly. The location can't be beat--near Marianplatz but far enough away to be off the touristy path. I did not find it as clean as I would have liked. I never saw a cleaning cart as one sees in hotels; but rather, a single cleaning person carrying a shopping bag with rags and sprays and a little bucket of water outside the room where she was cleaning. The linens were dingy and old and had seen much...

"What I liked was the great conversations had at the main floor bar. We enjoyed interacting with the cheerful desk staff. The bed was firm & restful. The room was entirely too small. The bathroom was tiny for a hefty guy like me. I had difficulty getting in and out of the shower as the doors slid away from the corner. I had to turn just so to clear the doors while holding the plumbing to lower myself safely to the floor. I had no elbow room on the toilet--not much difference from an airliner. "

"The Cortiina is a nice hotel in a great location. I loved the kitchenette and having a coffee machine in the room was nice. The location was great. Walking distance to most everything in the old town. The staff was the best. They took our luggage and parked our rental car when we arrived. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend."
