There was black mold in the shower. Also, my credit card information was stolen by the front desk person. They tried to order over $1400 an hour after I checked in.

The lobby was fine but the rest of the property looked like it needed a good deep cleaning. The sheets were fine but the comforter had stains on it. Additionally, in one of the drawers we found a previous guests things.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make magic happen. From changing rooms at checkin, to the delicious breakfast, the team went above and beyond.
