"My overall experience was great. The receptionist was great with communication and the property looked just like it was advertised. The property is a good 7min walk down hill from their property. The food from restaurant 42 was not that good. I will still book again."

"So close to Sapphire Beach and the Marina and the views are wonderful! You can visit St John from the Marina without having to go to the ferry!"

"The property has a great view of Red Hook Bay. Easy to get to St. John via boat ferry. The inside of the property is beautiful but we lost power and water for few hours. The beds are hard, I personally like softer bed. "

Great, affordable hotel

"Hotel was great at an affordable cost! Little outdated, but I think almost all hotels here are unless you want to spend a fortune at a resort. The restaurant attached was great and even opened on New Year’s Day when guests started asking if it was open. Great continental breakfast! Only downfall is the location and taxis, it’s a little out of the way but we were able to make do every time we needed a taxi"

"Great property. Wonderful pool options, casual dining, and cafe with snacks etc right outside. Comfortable rooms with beautiful view. They were very accommodating when we needed to add a night. Close to beach and to town. Best location. Just the right mix. Will definitely stay again!"

Hilltop Villas at Bluebeard's Castle by Capital Vacations

"Besides the phenomenal view from our balcony, we enjoyed the spacious 1-bedroom suite equipped with a sofa bed and kitchenette. The room and view exceeded our expectations. The staff were also very helpful. The walk downtown was only 10-min although the hill was very steep and requires one to be physically fit. We actually enjoyed the workout. We wanted to be near downtown but the trade off was that we needed to travel to the beach. "
