Unchanged sheets, Washroom faucet damages,wifi not working,

Dear Sir,Greetings from all at 'Le Magnifique'.We are sorry we could not meet your expectations, My staff met you in the evening of your stay and also asked if you were comfortable, to which you replied that yes you were comfortable and happy.The following day we do not know what happenned as you were not in a very good mood.However, we have used fresh sheets and hence do not agree to your statement that the sheets were unchanged.The wifi also was working properly.We agree that the holder for the faucet needed attention, though technical glitches can happen any time, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.warm regards,team Le Magnifique.

the best and the most helpful staff and management that you can get at this price, i will come back again to this hotel as it bought back some great memories, my wife had the best holiday ever and i would like to personally thank Bhuvanesh and Gitanjali who went over the way to accommodate us, I hope they achieve all the milestones in their life. Expect us again with our family next year
