The Schoolhouse Inn is great for a clean convenient and affordable place to stay while fishing for Steelhead or salmon. Have stayed before and will stay again.

I was quoted 302.00 for a room with 3 bunk beds. I recieved a room with 2 bunk beds and was charged over 600.00 dollars for room.

The reservation was for 2 people, the group showed up with 4. The rate charged was for the correct number of people that stayed.

Clean, comfortable, good location, low cost.
Posted 28 Feb 2020 on HotelsGood basic hotel room accomodations with bunkroom (6 people) capacity and private bath. Very close (walking distance with your gear) to the river and they have the best smoked salmon in Altmar. Microwave, included coffee, all towels and linens, good hot water for showers. Good for a group on a fishing trip or a big family, but they are all single beds.
