We enjoyed our stay at the El Mirador. The staff is nice and helpful. They go out of there way to help and provide assistance. The owner is kind, friendly and works hard. Breakfast is good, coffee is hot and fresh. We stayed in one night and had a nice dinner on site at the pool side, lots of dinner choices. The views are spectacular and the grounds are kept clean and well maintained. Lot's to see in and around Ometepe. We would go back anytime!

Nothing , dirty , no food , the linen was dirty unsafe no amenities.

La atención del personal es impecable te hacen sentir más cómodo que en casa.
Creo que lo único que podría mejorar es colocar almohadas más cómodas

Obedecemos ordenes de los clientes de no entrar a sus habitaciones hacer limpieza. Simple y sencillo fue por eso.
