"A beautiful property! The lady that checked us in was super nice and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and while I liked it, my wife found the decor a bit odd with its use of unfinished wood furniture. "Great location and excellent view from the room. Parking was paid, but across the road from hotel. Breakfast was ample and varied, and the chef was very friendly and helpful. Great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would recommend for others to stay if needing a base in the Dolomites."

"A great stay, very comfortable, great food and on the ski run."

"The entry to the bathroom was slightly raised and is a tripping hazard (we put a rolled-up towel in front of it to keep from stubbing our toes). Otherwise a nice little hotel in a quaint town. The hotel has a nice restaurant with homemade pasta which was quite busy. Make sure to reserve a table when you arrive. The patio in front of the hotel / restaurant got rowdy for a couple hours later that night (10:00 - midnight) with loud music and then someone yelling as they were shutting down."

"This is a wonderful hotel in a spectacular location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the views are sensational, the owners are very helpful, the food is very good and reasonably priced, and it is very well located for exploring the Dolomites (Tre Cime, Seceda, Adolf Munkel Weg, Sella Pass, Grödner Joch, etc.) The road up to the hotel is a bit daunting the first time, as it is narrow and curvy, but after the first time it feels perfectly comfortable. We will return often!"

"We stayed at Franceshi Park on a recent ski trip to Cortina with friends. Great location for buses to the tram (Tofana) and gondola (Faloria), very easy walk to town, great breakfast, excellent bar and restaurant, interesting spa area. The rooms are a little dated but the bathrooms have been recently renovated. Overall, great value and excellent experience."

"We had an incredible stay. The room was spacious and clean. Food was excellent, the staff very friendly and ready to help. The spa is lovely. We loved it so much that we considered coming again for a short stay during the Summer as well. The only small inconvenience I would say, the ski in and out is not really accurate, you have to walk about 3-5 min to the slope. Otherwise everything was absolutely top notch. "
