The hospitality was fantastic. The restaurants on property were outstanding. The excursions were unforgettable. Don’t look further, this place was incredible.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free cancellations, and our cancellation policy is provided at the time of booking. We are able to change the booking date, subject to availability, if guests are unable to attend, but we do not offer free cancellation of the stay. Beautiful location, stylish rooms and excellent staff. The fine dining restaurant and its tasting menu was terrific. So was the food in the Lavvu restaurant although I hope they expand the menu to include more choices in the future. Breakfast was buffet and plentiful. We stayed a night at the Ice Hotel which was a fun experience. We also went on two excursions with them which we enjoyed. I write for the blog Paradox Travels and will do an extended review there. So if interested, look us up and read a more extensive review with photos there in the upcoming month.

Posted 9 Feb 2024 on HotelsThe hotel itself is lovely and the staff are very friendly. Bedrooms are a good size with lovely bathrooms and amazing views. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. The restaurant Makku was excellent however you cannot really eat there every night. Lavvu which is the other restaurant is nice however when you were there for more than two or three days the menu is a bit repetitive. the excursions were excellent and the guides were fantastic. Overall an incredible stay and a great experience.
