Quaint pub with good food and comfortable rooms
Posted 5 Jul 2023 on HotelsWhat a lovely old school pub and hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was great (a lot of locals seemed to be eating here too). Room was simple but comfortable and very clean. There are a few areas that are a little tired and worn, but not to the level of impacting guests. I would be happy to stay here again

Simple and friendly with good food.
Posted 18 Mar 2023 on HotelsQuaintly old fashioned, which we like, with very friendly cheerful staff. The amenities were simple but perfectly adequate. The breakfast was delicious. We also ate an evening meal in their restaurant which was simple but very tasty. We felt welcome and enjoyed our stay.
