Provided inferior room
Posted 1 Jul 2024 on HotelsRoom provided was a small double room which was not what I had booked and paid for. It was not suitable for two people. There was no answer on the number provided for assistance and it took an unacceptable length of time to get contact by messages and to be allocated another room. Hotels.com attempted to make contact regarding the incorrect room allocation and could not get any response. Accommodation providers know what hadms been booked and paid for plus they also know that the allocated room is inferior. That behaviour is not acceptable.

This property was close to downtown. My only real complaint is that I asked for the ability for each room to pay separately and this did not happen. Also the kitchen was a nice perk, but directions for appliances should have been written in English as well Norweigan. Quick response time when there was a problem with the heat- again directions would have been nice. Enjoyed the commons area on each floor.

Comfortable bed, this is more hostel than hotel, no staff onsite, but very responsive. The kitchen is shared, so the entire fridge smells of meat, which permeates the floor. Otherwise good deal for the price and stay.
