The location and cookies of course. They just need to have cookies available for guest at all times.

Nice hotel but staff seem annoyed like they hated their jobs and didn’t want to work. If I asked a question there was attitude or would refer me to somebody else. Also very pricey for no breakfast cookies were hard.
