Breakfast was awesome.
Breakfast staff awesome.
Carpets were hoovered but could do with a deep clean. Beds changed regularly, bins emptied every day. Towels clean and changed when needed. Plenty of loo roll. There was a kettle in the room, but nespresso coffee pods ... ? and, no tea, no sugar and no cups. Little things like wardrobe door handles need fixing.Some of the reception staff seemed grumpy, others couldnt be more helpfull. Tram and train within walking distance. Eateries, supermarket, chemist all within walking distance.

nice and friendly staff. But the hotel doesn't look as modern & fresh as in the photos. Facilities are old. Even the door was completely locked from inside the room, it still could be opened from outside with the key. A janitor broke in when I was in the room, right after check-in!
No service tag. There is a safety box in the room, but not usable.
