The location of the property was great. It was right on the marina. There were plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Humphreys by the Bay is right next door if you want a more reasonably priced accommodation for a concert. I was a little disappointed that the restaurant and bar were closed for an upcoming remodel which was not disclosed when I booked, but it was still a lovely stay. The staff was very nice and helpful.

overall, I had a positive experience. However, I was charged for snacks that I did not consume “before” checking out, why they would go to my room before return my key?While it's not a matter of the money, I am concerned about the principle of charging customers without giving them a chance to confirm the charges.
