Nice place. A bit dated and there is a casino outside so loud at night if you keep your window open. But safe and nice place.

This hotel needs updating !!! Its awful, separate buildings, the food in the restaurant wasn’t good and the overall experience was poor

The staff treated my mom and her friend like Gold. The property is stunning, the rooms are so comfortable, the tub- beautiful. The food, incredible. Was a shot in the dark with this location but mom and her friend absolutely loved every second of every aspect of this experience.

A Hotel that is next door to a Bird Park
Posted 26 Sep 2023 on HotelsWe booked this hotel as we wanted to go the De Haar Castle which is located just outside Utrecht. However, to our amazement this hotel is next to a Bird Park and when you stay at the Van Der Valk Avifanua this entitles you to visit this park free of charge. The reason I am telling you this, is this is not pointed out when you check-in!!!
