Old hotel with lot of issues related to cleaning. Room carpet was full of stains and lot of dust in general. Had to asked to clean the room after the first night.
Safety is a concern. We arrived at 1:00 am on Saturday, and had access to the hotel and every office and area, looking for the host, which showed up 20 minutes later claiming that he was in the bathroom. In the meantime, another customer was looking for him, claiming that someone just tried to open his bedroom door, while the host was in the bathroom. I pointed to the safety issue, and the host said that he needs to take care of himself. I think, a better protocol of safety should be in place. The same way I had access to all the offices and camera room, anyone with other interests, could do the same.

The staff was great but apparently there was some type of flood in the room and hall way I was unable to sleep because of the mildew mold caused breathing and allergies hot water barely got warm

Room 101 right next to the lobby needs some attention. Carpet needs replacement or at least a good cleaning. Card keys were consistently failing to open door. There is a makeshift electrical outlet with usb charging on desk/table because GFCI outlet for coffe pot doesn't work and the night stand
