"Beautiful hotel with an excellent spa...though the room view could be better."

"Because I don’t speak Italian or German, checking un was a challenge. The receptionist behaved as if I was the one at fault for not finding a common language. After taking our passports and handing me a key, she left abruptly without indicating the location of the room. The room itself was nice. The on site restaurant was very good, but very under staffed (maybe because it was Italian Liberatiin Day, a holiday). Breakfast and parking were fine. The Wifi did not work during our entire stay....

Der gesamten Belegschaft des Tianes ist daran gelegen, ihre Gäste höflich und aufmerksam zu beherbergen. Ob mit Rat und Tat, kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten, einem gediegenen Ambiente und humorvollen Freundlichkeiten - wir haben uns sehr wohl und Willkommen gefühlt und bestens erholt. "Our family had a great time here. Staff were good with the kids and there's a nice mix of kids activities and adult spa and relaxation. Food was generous and healthy and value overall fine. There were a few minor annoyances - restrictive pool hours, automatic lighting and difficult to decipher aircon in room but all in all we had an excellent visit. "
