"This is a wonderful hotel in a spectacular location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the views are sensational, the owners are very helpful, the food is very good and reasonably priced, and it is very well located for exploring the Dolomites (Tre Cime, Seceda, Adolf Munkel Weg, Sella Pass, Grödner Joch, etc.) The road up to the hotel is a bit daunting the first time, as it is narrow and curvy, but after the first time it feels perfectly comfortable. We will return often!"

"This was our second time at the Legació and it won't be the last. The place is beautiful, well located for hikes and biking, visiting lakes, and just having fun in the Dolomites. "These apartments are in an amazing, beautiful area with awesome scenery surrounding it. The woman who runs the facility is very knowledgeable and kind and helpful. She loves her job and is an expert at her duties and the business is lucky to have her taking care of the units. My favorite part was walking each night about an eighth of a mile to a wonderful restaurant for dinner, the only close place nearby. :-) And, it's close to public transportation which I was relying on"

"The hotel is very smart and, although has a lot of rooms, never felt especially busy. It’s a 25-35’ walk to town (uphill on the way back) but the two helpful shuttle buses mean the only challenge is getting home from dinner. The gym and spa area and gym are large and excellent. Most importantly, all the staff were fantastically friendly and fell over backwards to look after you."
