"The apartment is located in an old hotel but the location & condition of the very large apartment was very good. Driving to all the villages in the Engandine was a beautiful experience. The location is excellent & many restaurants are available within 5 miles ."

"I miss ths place. I liked privacy and feel that we were only inhabitants despite there were other groups.European type kitchen in apartment . I like the feeling that everything in the building was secure and strong.We had best breathtaking views ever possible over Bormio town down in the basin which is surrounded by 10.000 feet multiple snowy peaks.This residence is 1000 feet above Bormio so be prepared to drive switchbacks on a quite narrow lane in a traffic sometimes .Grocery store is few...

"The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the place had magnificent views. I would definitely recommend this accommodation."

"On the positive the room was clean, the bed comfortable, nice bathroom and came with a kitchen. It's situated directly across the lake from the train station with great walks starting just along the street. It wasn't so good on the little things that you would normally expect; no hand soap, face wash, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, etc. Personally, given that it came with a kitchen, I would expect a few basics items such as condiments and paper towels. "This property appears to have remodeled and non remodeled apartments. Apt 9 is not remodeled and on the third floor ( no elevator). The bath and bedroom ceilings slope and are dangerous for anyone over 6’. They claim it has three twin beds but it’s really two twins and a cot. This apt comes with no hand soap ( I’ve stayed in hotels in Cambodia and Laos that provide hand soap), no dish soap, no sponge or dish towel to clean dishes ( kitchen did have one hand towel. Kitchen did have basic dishes...

"This place is about 20 minutes from city center, not far from the lake. There is a Lidi supermarket at the ground floor. Watch out - the room lacks some of the basic necessities, not even a box of tissues. The electric stove does not work in the room, so we just eat out. We have been to a few different hotels and apartments in Switzerland during our trip. so far this is the worst place we have been to. "

"The residence is located at very short walking distance from Livigno centre and near to all main sky/bike lifts facilities. Grocery and most shops are also at short walking distance. Apartments are well kept, neat, well furnished and functional. Size is not extremely big but adequate for the scope (2 adults + 2 kids) as you are not supposed to stay much indoor in a place as Livigno. The owner/manager is very friendly, efficient and available to help. "

"Excellent location! I can’t describe it enough. Across the street from the Ski lift. The bus to get into town is a 1 minute walk. We traveled into town very easily. Took the 601 bus that drops you right into the center. I don’t recommend taking your skis from home since you can rent at the lift. Loved every moment. Highly recommend the hotel and will come again "
