Good overall view of hotel and would stay again. Only real criticism would be the bar as poor selection of drinks available

Great hotel, great staff
Posted 17 May 2016 on HotelsWe really enjoyed our stay, we chose the hotel as it is close to El Rocio and we wanted to go to the Pilgrimage. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff were friendly and efficient and it is situated on the edge of town making it easy to access from the main road in. We would have liked to have had coffee in the restaurant after our evening meal rather than having to go to the bar. Would recommend to anyone

Pros: Customer service was excellent. Reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Half board supplement was good value.
Cons: The rooms were dated and in need of refurbishment.
Location: Location was perfect for the Donana National park tours.
Got a good deal. Rooms not really 4* standard. Customer service was very good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Best thing was that it had rooms big enough for 2 adults and 2 teenage kids (without them having to sleep on the same bed). Upgraded to half board as the supplement was very reasonably priced.

Fuimos en pareja, desayuno muy bien calidad precio, fuimos en noviembre y disfrutamos de muchisima tranquilidad. El personal muy agradable.

Eduficio muy bonito.
Pocas instalaciones. Solo piscina y cafeteria.
