"I highly suggest this place when travelling to Vienna. The tram (43) is 5 minutes away from the accommodation and takes you right to the city. The train that we took from Vienna Airport is just next to the tram. We even travelled to Hallstatt from here, which was a simple journey. I am from London, so I approached the train/tram map as the underground and then found it easier to manoeuvre. The flat is large, beautiful, and clean. Shops like Lidl and Adli are nearby, and a drugstore like Boots...

"The apartment was both modern and spacious, with a cooker and fridge. The shower room was huge, and the bed too. The apartment is just a short walk from Vienna Hetzendorf train station. The only thing missing from the apartment really was a kettle for us Brits to make a cuppa. There was a coffee maker. 😁"

"Communication was great. As American travellers on our honeymoon they gave everything we needed and even left a note and champagne in the fridge. (We don't drink but the gesture was much appreciated). You can walk to bakeries and restaurants and the metro in just minutes. Schonnbrunn is a 12 minute walk but the gardens are only a few minutes away. The room was clean and well stocked and the bed was large and comfortable. 5 stars, you really cant ask for more. "

"The property was in a run down area and in a run down building. The property required an industrial clean. It was dirty, shabby and grimey. The two ring cooker was dirty old and had tape stuck on the knobs. The bathroom was terrible with a dirty shower unit. The kettle was filled with limescale and the dust and dirt under the bed and units hadn't been cleaned in years. The television wasn't working. "Doors are loud and the walls are thin so u hear the other guests in the next door rooms. My big thing was we shared 4 rolls of toilet paper and it ran out in the first 3 1/2 days and they told me and the other guests it’s not there problem."

"The location is great and we have stayed last Thanksgiving. The bakery is two blocks down and the market is two blocks! All public transportation is a short walk and just over a mile to the palace. The area is safe and the school is just behind. It is quiet and safe. We loved it and hope to come again. The bathroom is huge! It has a claw foot tub and a walk in shower. We had a great time here."

"Very nice experience at the Renaissance Wien hotel (Ullmannstraße), especially for the spectacular service and attention of Albert and Denise in the dining area. They treated us very well and with great kindness. I wish all the service were like this. The room was impeccable, as were the bathrooms. The dining room, the TV room, very good too. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel."
