Nothing around, customer service needs work.
Posted 19 Apr 2024 on HotelsLocation is horrific, literally nothing around. Check in was frustrating, arrived 30mins before check-in but was told a hard no, the receptionist didnt even check the system... I'm sure not all rooms get finished all at the exact same time, there was defo one room ready.
Bar closed early, we sat for 15mins at the bar before we were told it was closed, despite staff members walking around us.
One of the towels was stained in the room.
Beds were comfy enough, cleanliness was okay.

Nice hotel, decent size room and staff were great. Location. Was ideal for my purpose but is out of the way. Hotel dining options are limited. Breakfast was very good though. There is an Asian fusion place next door which is really good.
