All good except the WiFi only worked 30% of the time. When it worked it was fine.

Over het algemeen een prima hotel. Zou voor de volgende keer een andere kamer aanvragen i.v.m. de ligging: tot laat kwamen er nog mensen terug van stappen en maakten veel lawaai; mijn kamer lag in de buurt van de inkomsthal. De volgende ochtend om 07:00 wakker geworden door stampende kinderen bij het ontbijtbuffet, mijn kamer was hier recht tegenover. Als laatst had ik een lekkage gevonden over een kabel naast het raam. Ik wilde dit de volgende dag melden aan de receptie, maar er was geen bel, maar wel een bordje waarop stond 'de sleutel achterlaten op de balie.' Al met al, prima hotel, schone bedden en douche, alleen bovenstaande puntjes zou ik in acht houden bij een volgend verblijf.

Great staff, very convenient location, cool hotel but the rooms are a bit awkward in their layout

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was disappointed by the car parking. Primarily it is very small and difficult to enter and exit. Furthermore, despite paying for a space, the hotel sold my space twice. After being directed to an area designated ‘no parking’ by the hotel staff, I found my car blocked in the following morning. Presumably by angry residents of the adjacent buildings. Additionally, the amount of services dropped due to ‘COVID’ seems more about saving the hotel money than safety; bed was not re-made or sheets changed, no new towels provided unless requested, no room cleaning, breakfast small and not very varied. If services are being dropped due to safety then why are they still being paid for in the room price? Finally, the rooms are dark (even with all the lights on). That being said the rooms are quiet with the extra thick walls.

The room was hot as hell No air conditioning room stink like backed up sewer not clean pieces of food on floor
