I enjoyed my first stay here so much that I came back 2 weeks later. This is a sweet little beach hotel walking distance to the beach. My only frustration was some street noise in the room through the windows but after 10pm there is very little traffic. Breakfast was great and fresh with the fun added bonus of a crepe machine. The only frustration is that in order to get from the hotel to major events in Lisbon is 2 hours of public transportation or the use of Uber Bolt or other ride service. These rides depending on the traffic level can be much longer than the app says. Don't let it discourage you from coming here as the rides to WOT from Lisbon were still only about 12E plus tip. Its just something to plan ahead for if you have tickets to see shows in the city. I loved the laid back vibe of the community and the sweet little shops with souvenirs as well as restaurants to enjoy traditional Portuguese food or even some Indian food.

The staff were friendly, helpful and amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The only downfall is the bathroom shower is very tiny. The breakfast was good and plentiful with lots of seating. Love the many restaurants around the town square and boardwalk. Also loved that it is about a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach where you could watch the surfers.

Worn down room

Cheaply made old hotel conversion, with visible signs of wear and tear. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast for the hotel category. Room was worn down with a shower rail dismantled to pieces as soon as you try to adjust it. All hangers were probably stolen rendering the wardrobe useless. Toilet paper piled up as a tower as holder not there. Mould and hair in the shower tray. Sand in the bedroom floor. Paper thin doors, which don’t go well with noisy folks on the corridors. I could keep going. I mentioned some positives at the beginning and would like to add as well that the decorations were done with good taste, like the room furniture and the lobby area. Convenient location close to the town centre and beaches. I won’t stay again as it’s too expensive for what it offers.
