"The staff in the pool and restaurant were outstanding! The food was excellent. The main pool needs maintenance. It has a lot of missing tiles which has caused injuries for my kids. The quickness to address the injuries was lacking. I expected more for a 5 stars resort. "

"We had to check out after 1 day only, moldy room, made reservation for 3 people, provided only a comforter to put on the floor for our Child (no bed or mattress). We are Requesting refund for the balance . Had to go to another nearby hotel. "

"The staff were amazing especially the bell boy Hicham and the lady who cleaned our room. My son changed the sign outside our door to DO NOT DISTURB as a joke and I called for the room to be cleaned later in the day and she complied immediately. Fantastic staff. The only thing I didn’t like is that the hotel was not by the beach as the name suggests but I suppose I should have asked before finalizing the booking. Otherwise our stay was FAB."

Les 2 piscines de la résidence sont dissociés en 2 "zones" (Jawhara smir 1 et 2" mais ne disposent pas du même niveau de service (parasols et transat non disponible à Jawhara 2 où nous étions malheureusement).
