La propreté n'est pas au rendez-vous (faite par les précédents occupants, donc pas forcément top) et la literie (notamment couvertures et oreillers) est à renouveler, mais le prix et la situation au pied des pistes compensent. Il n'y a pas de petit-déjeuner servi en salle, mais pain et viennoiseries sont vendus à la réception tous les matins.

Résidence plein sud studio 3 p
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au ski pendant une semaine dans cet établissement au mois de mars nous étions les seuls locataires donc aucun bruit dans les chambres aux alentours la résidence et bien placé pour ceux qui viennent faire du ski ou même de la randonnée . L'état de la résidence reste un peu à désirer mais la chambre et bien équipées c'est ce que l'on rechercher en tant que couple avec un chien le grand balcon et vraiment bien pour prendre le petit-déjeuner ainsi que les repas sous le soleil . Le personnel est très gentil et très arrangeant . Je recommande cet établissement pour les personnes qui vienne passé un séjour au ski ou en randonnée sans se ruiner dans le logement et ainsi profiter des activités et restaurants aux alentours . Cordialement

Établissement agréable mais plusieurs déceptions
Cet établissement était propre, spacieux, avec un bel agencement intérieur et une très jolie vue sur l'extérieur et sur les montagnes, une vue également très ensoleillé dès le matin ce qui est très agréable lors du séjour. La vente tout les matin de viennoiseries et de pain est tout à son avantage. Cependant, nous étions venus il y a 4 ans, et nous avons remarqué une grande dégradation dans les prestations. Le site EXPEDIA nous proposait dans la description de l établissement une piscine intérieur et un accès à la wifi. En arrivant sur place ni l'un ni l'autre y étaient. Ces fausses informations furent une déception pour notre famille. De plus, juste avant d'apprendre que l'établissement n'avait pas les points forts pour lesquels nous étions venus, la personne de l'accueil, bien que très sympathique ne trouvait pas notre réservations... ce qui est plutôt problématique. Pour conclure ce commentaire, nous avons tout de même passé un séjour agréable.

Logement très bien place (vue sur la vallee, feux d artifices..( bonne ambiance et equipe charmante MAIS logement pas bien entretenu. Problemes isolations portes terrasses et entrée ( courant d air permanent en hiver -10degres!) Pprte placard abîmée... éclaboussures sur les murs. Bon couchage mais lit superposé pas assez long pour de grands ados.

Déçue
Hôtesse a reconnu que notre logement n'avait pas été nettoyé correctement, par contre le jour du départ, elle a bien vérifié le micro-onde pour savoir s'il était propre. Aucune wi-fi dans l'établissement y compris à l'accueil. Aucun chasse-neige ne monte la côte pour dégager la route jusqu'à la résidence (patinoire assurée) Aucune navette de ramassage pour vous déposer aux pistes 1 500 m ni dans le centre ville Logement très vétuste, aucune notices pour le lave-vaisselles et micro-ondes grille, Bloqué dans l’ascenseur parce que les portes n'avaient pas été déneigées à 11h30 du matin. Donc escalier est là aucunes signalétiques pour indiquer les étages ni de lumières. (neige + peinture ça glisse énormément). Minimum syndical pour la vaisselle (en plus ébréchée) Personnel pas aimable du tout,

Très mauvaise surprise lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel vers 14h afin de récupérer les clés (heure donné sur expédia): il n'y a eu personne à l'accueil jusqu'à 17h. L'appartement était bien, la literie correcte et l'équipement plutôt adapté. Néanmoins l'appartement ne contient pas d'éponge, de liquide vaisselle ni de café (pour la cafetière de la chambre). La vue de la terrasse était magnifique
