Interstate Traffic noise. Nothing the owners can do about that. The rest is great value for my travel dollar

I booked through Expedia and paid in advance the hotel went ahead and charged me $100 “deposit” for incidentals, they went ahead and charged the amount when I called to make a complaint they said I never stayed with them and they don’t have my details. Pure daylight robbery

Your review is quite confusing as you did stay with us, and you are correctly in our system as staying. We have no record of any call from you regarding a complaint and can only presume you called the wrong Red Roof Inn Location. A 100.00 incidentals deposit is required to stay at our hotel and an incidentals deposit is mentioned on the websites. We are sorry to hear you had any confusion when trying to reach our property.
