The property its self was nice. We needed more towels and wash cloths because we were given 1 of each. We stopped at the front desk on our way out, we had pets in the room so we didn’t expect anyone to put them in our room. We were told that we could pick them up on our return. Several hours later I stopped back at the front desk to retrieve the towels, the request was not know by the current front desk agent. The next day we stopped housekeeping to get the towels and she had one. The smell on our floor was awful. The perfume or fragrance that was use was unpleasant and it smelled like it was covering up something rotting. The breakfast area was unkempt none of the items were full and when we requested said items we were met with rolling eyes and inconvenience. This location is very convenient to our families location and would love to stay again on our next visit with hopes we do not have the same issues.

1) when i checked they said room was ready and gave me the card key. Housekeeping was still in the room when i got upstairs and my hands were full and had to wait in hallway. I guess we rushed her because there was only a partial roll of toilet paper. 2) people with dogs linger around the entrances, which also have the handicapped stop right there. And the pet owners let the dogs go to the bathroom right where the handicapped spot is. So i had to step out into urine filled grass.

Arrived early for family visit. Mgr let me registered have room key. Room wasn't ready but I had to get to airport to pick up one kid Then the Dinner so I wouldn't be back till. Late.

I felt the room was pretty much brand new. Very clean, no smells to mask people who may have smoked. The breakfast offerings were very good, plenty to choose from. Staff was friendly when I had interacted with them. I did not use the pool or workout areas, so can't comment on that. Overall, I'm completely satisfied with my stay. Good job!

This was the first time I have been to the Inn since it was renovated. GREAT JOB! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower pressure is "to die for"! Lighting is good. The breakfast area is a bit on the small size, but it works. Staff at the front desk did a great job, despite it being the weekend od worldwide IT collapse problems. My only recommendations for the rooms would be to get better pillows, as the current ones provide no support, whatsoever. As the air conditioner did nothing for the humidity in the room, I went out and purchased a small dehumidifier to use during my stay. Can the air contioners have a dehumidifier adjustment? As for breakfast...please increase the number of waffle irons as there is always a line of people waiting for them.
