Waldgasthaus med et indretningsmæssigt "twist"

Udefra var hotellet et ganske almindeligt Waldgasthaus, men man fik et chok, lige når man trådte ind på hotellet. Det lignede en indretningsarkitekts mareridt, men da det første chok havde lagt sig, var hotellet et dejligt sted. Værelset var stort og vedligeholdt - når man så bort fra de rædselsfulde vægge. Personalet var venlige, og både aftensmaden og morgenmaden var helt i top. Jeg vil tro, at hotellet tidligere havde været et ganske almindeligt hotel, men at nogle nye ejere var gået amok i "spøjs" indretning. Det er mulighed for opladning af elbil.

God service, underlig indretning.

Service på hotellet var fin, der var rent, og mad i restauranten var fin. De valg der er taget omkring dekoration af hotellets lokaler og værelser, falder nok ikke i alles smag. Det var underligt dekoreret med gips relieffer på vægen med flammer og underlige billeder. Men kan man se ud over det, så var det fint.

Ich würd nicht mehr dort buchen

Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Hotel war direkt an der Bundesstraße, war unheimlich laut. Bett war ohne Lattenrost, Matrazen nur draufgelegt und sind dauernd verrutscht. Bad war sauber ausser wie so oft die Toilette. Dass man das Klo auch nach dem Knick sauber machen kann war scheinbar nicht bekannt.

Nettes Hotel für ein Wanderwochenende im Hunsrück

Das Hotel wird von einer Gruppe junger Leute bewirtschaftet, die mit viel Enthusiasmus versuchen, dem alten Gebäude wieder neues Leben einzuhauchen. Nach meiner Meinung sind sie auf einem guten, aber langen Weg. Natürlich ist noch nicht alles 1a an dem Gebäude. Und vielleicht stimmt der eine oder andere mit der Inneneinrichtung nicht überein. Uns hat es gefallen. Unser Zimmer war sauber und vollkommen OK. Der Service war sehr gut und das Essen erstaunlich gut. Coronabedingt wurde das Früstück am Tisch serviert. Da gab es nichts zu meckern. Wir haben dazu zweimal im Restaurant zu abend gegessen. Auch da war alles einwandfrei und sehr schmackhaft. Zumindest am Samstagabend schien es mir, als wenn auch viele Gäste aus der Region dort essen wollten. Für lärmempfindliche könnte der straßenlärm von der nahen Bundesstraße vielleicht ein Problem sein. Das Internet funktionierte einwandfrei. Vielleicht sollte sich aber mal jemand von der Belegschaft die Zeit nehmen, die Fernsehender zu sortieren. Das war schon ein wenig nervig, den gewollten Sender zu finden. Ich würde das Hotel sofort wieder in die engere Wahl aufnehmen und wünsche den Betreibern viel Erfolg auf ihrem Weg.
