"Good hotel in very central location but away from the busy Main Street. Clean, food was good, staff were excellent. Bit noisy so bring ear plugs, mostly just barking dogs and music they were playing downstairs in the restaurant. Good heating as it was cold in November when we went so we needed it! "

"The food options are limited, breakfast options are same everyday, also very few options.. Despite being a 5 star, it doesn’t feel like one. There is very little space in the property where you can sit and enjoy the surroundings. There are no views as such, there is steep hike to the Ganga. The Ganga Arti is nice. In the night since it’s so close to the road, you can hear trucks noise all night. Staff is polite but requests take forever to fulfil."

"My daughter and I stayed at this location in mid-January 2025 for 4 nights. The staff, Mahesh, Shika, Ashwini and Diksha were very nice, courteous and responsive. They made special accommodation for carry-out breakfast when we had other early morning jaunts!. The hotel location made it easy for us to walk to most places and we believe this was the only hotel location from Tapovan to Triveni Ghat at Rishikesh that had a great Maa Ganga view (Aarati view from opposite the Parmarth Niketan) and...
