"A wonderful hotel in a great ocean-front location near Galle Fort but far enough away from the heat and congestion. Excellent food and overall service. Every room has an ocean view."

"In response to expedia prompts, i have already reviewed the checking in process and so this review will ignore that blip and deal with everything else. The rooms are well appointed and great. The staff everywhere were attentive and could not be more pleasent. Be that security, bellboys, catering, pool side and house keeping. The pool and facilties around are a fantastic assest, which we took advantage off. We loved this hotel and its general feel. Although large you were still made to feel you were at a smaller hotel, with the attention from the staff. We will return to SL and highly likely we will stay here aguan, as we still need more time to experience and see Colombo. "
