"My girlfriend and I came to stay for Valentine’s Day and we had a marvellous stay! The Junior Suite we booked was bursting with character and charm - we stayed in the room called “Went The Day Well?” We loved the massive bathtub, the comfy bed, and the ability to change the temperature of the room and bathroom. We only had one small issue with the heating, where one of the fans (in the room) blew only cold air while the other (in the bathroom) blew warm air, and we wanted it warmer in the room - but one quick trip to reception and they were able to sort it for us within about 10 minutes, and the woman at reception was so friendly. In fact, all the staff were super friendly and accommodating, we felt so welcome during our stay! We would definitely like to come back for more than one night, and would say this is a must-stay for anyone looking!"

"I originally booked in for one night. I staued for longer and went away for 2 weeks and checked in again. I stay in hotels all around the world and this is possibly my favorite. The staff are just absolutely fantastic, their warmth is contagipus. The rooms are also warm and extremely comfortable. Oof'ys restaurant, which is inside the hotel is really good and has dishes for every taste and you will not find a better restaurant for miles in any direction. It is right opposite the tube station which is a mere few stops to Heathrow. Parking is so easy of you are driving and I can not think of a better hotel in a dozen countries that offers the services and wonderful staf, food and rooms for the exeptional prices. I will not be staying anywhere else in london, as long as they have the rooms, which they are very helpful with. A dream hotel."
