"This is a unique and special place. A little pricey, but worth it. This is a manor house built in 1795, with a wine cellar, and an indoor swimming pool also in the cellar. Just beautiful. We stayed on the top floor, with a round water bed, and skylights that look up to the stars. There is also an outdoor wooden infinity swimming pool with a jacuzzi corner. It's just an amazing feeling to be in a wooden swimming pool. Lovely breakfast. Wish we had been able to stay 2-3 days."

"La Bastide is a great Provençal hotel in an amazing and quiet area. The place is surrounded by trees, vineyard, a farm and piece of arts. Next to the Bastide, 10/15 mn by walk, you have the winery the Commanderie de Peyrassol. The vineyard is stunning. Within the vineyard, you have two restaurants, check Jeanette a gastronomy restaurant with great food and the Bistrou Lou for more casual food. Both restaurants are great and in a great location. "Le Mas du Rouquan est dans un cadre magnifique. Possibilité de faire des balades dans la plaine des Maures en traversant simplement la route. Accueil très chaleureux et chambre agréable avec une petite terrasse privative. "Nicer than expected since we booked it in the last minute for one night stay. The room was modern and comfortable . There is a lot of outside area covered by trees and a pool. Restaurants had a very nice shaded terrace. Close proximity to wineries. Very good experience."

"Excellent hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff, service was excellent and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Customer service in the south of France really is amongst the best in the world. My room was spacious and cool, nice views, hotel facilities were very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Provence. "

"To be fair, we booked on the road, arriving only an hour or two later. The hosts were not expecting us, and we felt as though we had inconvenienced them. Make sure if you want to eat that you book that explicitly. Im sure it’s a lovely place in different circumstances, but was not very happy for us"

"The room was very small, and the entrance to the shower narrow. Also, the door to my room did not close by itself. And one of the sliding windows on the porch did not lock."

"Very nice hotel, comfortable rooms, very clean but bear in mind that the hotel restaurant, and most others in the town, are closed on a Sunday and Monday. From the reviews, we had intended eating at the restaurant but as it was a Sunday..... However, the hotel immediately booked us a table at the only restaurant in teh town that does open on a Sunday."
