"It was a great 15 nights stay. Hotel is very near 5 mins walk to subway, jr and bullet train making it easy access to the region. I traveled extensively from here to Kada, Nara, Seto, Hiroshima, Matsue, Hakata, Kyoto & Osaka. You'll not run out of food and convenience stores options here. "We stayed at a near by hotel for a couples days first and extended our Osaka trip staying at Monterey. We wished we booked here from the beginning!! Nice set up, spacious room. We loved their pillows! Cute decors too. West Exit of Osaka Station from Subways was a little confusing but we got used to it. 7 Eleven was by JR station and one near by. Easy walking distance to a lot of restaurants and Umeda area for shopping and transportation. This will be our hotel for Osaka stay!! "

"The rooms feels a little dated but they did have a fridge with freezer space. We did not have a room on the side with the city view, which if you did would be really nice (we saw from the gym). Laundry machines need coins not digital payments, but did include a locking code so no worries of anyone taking out your clothes. Unfortunately the shower/tub room gets a mildew smell that keeps coming back. The location is excellent, close to train stations and bus stops including the airport bus....
