"宿泊者全員の事前登録（全員の身分証を写メで送信する）が面倒でした。似たような建物が多いので建物に建物名を表記してくれていたらもっと分かりやすかったと思う。キーボックスの開け方が難しかった。お部屋は素晴らしかったのでまた利用したいです。"

"The property was a very grand resort. Our room had a beautiful view and there was a large pool and beach area to walk around. Many shops and places to eat on the resort as well. It’s a little difficult to get to since it’s set next to the ocean so you do need a car to get here as I’m not sure about shuttle services. Staff was friendly and kind. Beautiful stay overall!"

"Wonderful hotel where the entire experience felt special and luxurious. The staff are amazing and the service is excellent and attentive. The variety of food and drink on offer was great. The hotel is located in a nice quiet location but a short distance from beaches and other attractions. "

"The breakfast was really good with lots of options. The rooms were well equiped just a little bit older than some of the other places we stayed. It is right next to the Fukushuen gardens which was really nice to walk around and feed the fish. Also walkable distance to Kokusai Dori. "
