"It’s an old building with lots of charm, however as it was relatively the most expensive stay on our trip, I was very disappointed with the facilities. The tea and coffee in the room was non existent. I asked for milk and was refused it as they said they didn’t supply it. We had one tea bag earl great and one tea bag vanilla. No coffee at all. 2 sugars. We should really be refunded partially as we paid for this service but was not given it. The bathroom is nice but no where to hand the towels,...

"Stayed here for one night before catching glacier express out of st moritz. Will definitely stay here again. The hotel is a bit away from the town, but they offer shuttles. The hotel restaurant is excellent. I also especially enjoyed the hot tub with the most stunning view of the mountains "

"A Classic Swiss Chalet RIGHT NEXT TO THE SKI TRAM! Super Convenient for Ski Out & Ski In, I was able to ski right into the parking Lot. The Restaurant was Very Good and there were other Dining Options in the area including the 5 Star Hotel Kempinski across the street. But the Main Dining and Entertainment was in Dorf, a 20-minute walk or take the Bus."

"Everyone from the front desk, to the bar to getting the car was extremely nice, helpful and cordial is an understatement. Great location in middle of town for easy walking. Highly recommend to anyone who visits."

"Great staff, good food, beautiful views. The private Tschuggen Express cable car is extremely convenient and takes you right to all the hiking trails. Pass for all the Arosa cable cars is included. Only small drawback for the summer, is there is no AC, but it's perfectly safe to just keep the balcony door open at night to cool the room down."

"Love how close it’s to the ski lift base. The hotel also offers ski pass at discount which is really great. It’s also close to town and all the shopping and actions. The staff is super helpful from the pick up, throughout the stay and drop off. First class. "
