"This is a good 5 star choice located on the Hyatt Regency beach strip. Really it is a competitor with the Hyatt but with much classier rooms - especially if you book the Impressive Suites and above. Some rooms have their own pool $$$. The service is terrific and, importantly, the aircon is adjustable. The family pool is not quite big enough in our view. And the hotel is on a very narrow block - unlike the sprawling Hyatt a few doors up. The service is impeccable and a great restaurant. Good for kids/families who seem to be everywhere. What it doesn't have is an 'adults only' pool in a quiet area. That would be nice. Overall, 5 stars because of the rooms, service and restaurant. "

"The property looks very new. The rooms are nice, good AirCond. Only part not great was the confusing light switches. 15 light switches for a bedroom and bathroom is way too much and confusing. Shower was big with plenty of hot water."

"Convenient location close to everything. Supermarket near by. Staff were absolutely wonderful, couldn't do enough, Very polite, always with a smile. Food was scrumptious, Third stay and will be back again."

"I cannot say enough good things. The staff really made our stay. So friendly and welcoming. Especially Wai Yan (sp?) who made delicious happy hour drinks at the poolside bar. I feel like I made a new friend as we had several great discussions! The pool is beautiful and very quiet (we were there in low season - Feb) the breakfast was also incredible and so was room service. There was construction going on for a couple of hours every day which was very noisy at the pool. I wish I had known that but we were usually out and about and the staff apologized for it personally more than once. I understand people have to work and you can’t close down a whole hotel for a little bit of Reno. No big deal. Just ask about it if you plan to stay here in the next little while. But such good value for money, superb service and the kindest staff I have ever encountered. "

"Center of Sanur and the hotel room looks very stylish and new. Their restaurant is very good too. Go there during the happy hours (buy 2 and get one free).By the way, the swordfish steak was amazing "

"The property was amazing. The grounds are stunning and it is designed lovely with the seperate areas. I felt the rooms were a little dated but very clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back. "
