"What a great little hotel. I didn't have high expectations because the price was so reasonable for central London. My room was a small double - but plenty large enough for me as a solo traveller - very well-equipped with a spacious bathroom, and a little cupboard containing a a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery and crockery. Hopefully I will be back with my wife to visit again."

"Nice Hammersmith boutique hotel. Reception is self check in with tablet which I hate, especially when there are two members of staff going spare. I opted for a Luma room which was a mistake as it was in the basement which was freezing. Called the janitor to help with the heating, he was so helpful and even came back to check we were ok. Room ok once warm but found carton and hair from previous tenant around bed. Same process on check out, do your own typing while being watched by two reception...

"The property is very dated with very old flooring that creaks and staining surrounding the shower with cracks in the walls of my room. But on the brighter side the staff was very accommodating sending help right away when I couldn’t figure out how to work the older style safe. And it is a beautiful area in walking distance to my favorite museums in London the natural history and V&A so overall I enjoyed my stay but I hope they start renovating the property soon. "
