"Stayed at this 4*based on fabulous reviews. Enjoyed the 4 night stay a lot although a few things lacking. Upstairs bar not open. Jacuzzi seen in photos was extra cost. Food was good but more expensive than the other 4* we stayed during our 2 week trip. Bedding was fairly poor quality with lumpy pillows. Shower lovely and staff in restaurant friendly and helpful. "Things are a little further to walk to like restaurants and the coron town (15-20 Min) but there are trikes everywhere to transport quick, only 60 pesos pp. staff were very friendly. Anything we needed, the staff assisted. Booking tour excursions thru the hotel was very easy. Very calm and relaxing resort space. The only downside I would say is that the walls are very thin. You could hear people talking next door, laughing, sneezing. So if you want privacy… that may be a little tough. Otherwise...

Airport transportation was smooth and arranged by the hotel staff.
