"Stopover before morning flight. Stayed here several times, always good. The only negative point is no bedside lights in room. Some rooms have them but last three stays here, the rooms haven’t had them. A bit annoying having to use the very bright ceiling lights to read in bed. Apart from that, it’s very good."

"Casa Alberola is a beautiful boutique style hotel. The neoclassical architecture is stunning. Lovely setting across from the harbor. The best thing about Casa Alberola is their staff! We had a warm welcome from the gals at the front desk who were so helpful and accommodating! Olivia and her colleague (sorry we didnt get your name!) went the extra mile to make us feel special! The continental breakfast staff and cleaning team were efficient, helpful and friendly. "

"Hotel has good location but make sure you only book the very best room - some rooms (even premier) are not 4 star standard. The hotel has alot of rooms and at times can be noisy in corridors at night. This is an old 1970's hotel which has been refurbished so it's layout might feel a little old fashioned particularly how rooms are positioned."

"I was a little apprehensive about staying here, but how wrong I was! The hotel reception was welcoming and we were able to check in early as we had a very early flight! The room was light, airy and clean. It had good heating to take the chill off the February air! All in all, a great location and would certainly book again if staying in Alicante!"

"The staff on the desk were very polite and pleasant. The hotel is in a fantastic location. Our rooms were very clean - loved the enclosed balcony as it was December. We stayed at New Year and was lucky to have the celebrations literally outside the hotel. Loads of places to eat nearby, also supermarkets for what else you may need. Used the tram to Altea which was very reasonable."

"Lovely and smiley reception welcome, nice and clean. Bedroom amazing (room 406 - a suite with a view of the castle and massive balcony!). Lovely birthday brownies in room for me on arrival. Great drinks in the bar area. The girls were so lovely and happy and smiley and quick to serve us and that made us extra happy. Great music to listen to there too. Lovely in the outside bar area overlooking the square in full sunshine. Throws provided for when it gets chilly at night if needed. Not noisy at...
