"Excellent location, great staff service, delicious and varied buffet breakfast. Would recommend to others and will definitely come back if I ever visit the area in the future. The bathrooms and certain fixtures are a bit dated. Was not able to try the pool so no review on that hotel feature."

"The place was good in the area though we weren’t able to see the whale shark due to the weather. It had a restaurant and pool in the vicinity. Staff were friendly and we were able to avail of the room massage. One thing for improvement perhaps will be the availability of the wifi in the rooms :)"

"The hotel is in good location for almost everything. Older but functioning well. The hotel staff are the best, if need anything they will give it to you in no time. The breakfast is good. Overall my wife and I enjoy our stay for four nights. Thank you Sentro hotel and your hardworking staff."

"Beautiful place and nice room but the moment I opened the door the room wreaked of black mold. I narrowed it down to the air con. A newer model bit obviously never maintained. The mini-fridge too has black mold around the door seal. We stayed one night. I sprayed a ton of body spray and that mostly solved the smell but of course the mold was still in the air. Ive been sick for 3 days after we left. Very unhappy. The sink faucet comes right out. A simple nut would fix it. The sink and shower...

"An amazing vacation with family. Staff were extremely accomodating, kind and very friendly, and I appreciate the hospitality and help rendered throughout our stay. Pool is great, and our dog Carrot definitely loves the aircon and comfortable bed and blankets. We particularly love that the hotel-resort is pet friendly. Thank you all so much for making our holiday a memorable one. We will be back for another vacation for sure. "

"It’s new, the hallway is clean and spacious. Staff and guard are courteous. Shuttle service charge is fair. Two things they should work: provide warm shower and an elevator for seniors. "
