"I waited 3 hours to be able to get in the unit. The host did not communicated well with the security guards at the lobby for them to give me the key for the unit. We tried calling the host multiple times but nobody answered the calls. Finally, the head of the security stepped in and decided to let me in since I have the confirmation email. "

"Unfortunately my stay was not very comfortable because there is still construction going on in the building. So in the middle of the afternoon when I usually nap I kept waking up to hammering and sawing. I understand the building still new and that's just a part of it, but still. "I was hesitant at first since there was only one review but it didn't disappoint me! :) The place was very convenient and the apartment was spacious for group of 4 adults. All appliances were working even the water heater too. They also provided towels, shampoo/soap and tissues too. Litoy, the caretaker was really helpful and friendly. Thank you! "This Trip was not such a pleasant one and it was made terrible by this hotel. All false advertising. There was a pool Advertised which was what my kids were looking forward to. But they only informed us when we checked in already that there was. Pool and now it's in disarray and has not been repaired..no security only on the ground level and outsiders easily walk in and out of the plAce. Delapidated facilities. And made worse by the smell of raw sewage seeping thru the floors. "

"The Injap hotel is well located with good access to shopping and dining. The view from the dining room on the 21st floor was stunning. Hotel staff from reception desk, security personnel, restaurant wait staff and housekeeping were all very friendly, respectful and helpful with lots of smiles. The room was small, old and very basic but clean. The restaurant menu needs improvement starting with the breakfast buffet to the dinner offerings. Overall, I would stay here again mainly for the friendly staff. "
