Clearly room had not been cleaned properly or in a long time as there was dust all over the fan and in corners. The blinds felt dirty. There was another person's hair on my bed when I arrived (I was the first person in the room so was not another guest) I had a late check in which I did appreciate the clear instructions how to get in, however there was no instructions on where to find sheets for the bed. Luckily I was able to find them on my own.

We will review our cleaning procedures and ensure that such an occasion does not repeat again. In regard to late check-in, we always leave bedsheets on empty beds for guests to either claim, or they are free to change to whatever other free bed there is at the time of their arrival. They should not be difficult to find, really. We would have liked speaking with you during your stay about any of these issues as we always encourage guests to let us know about anything that may disrupt their stay so that we can resolve any issues right away.We hope next time you are in or around Alice and looking for a place to stay, you give our place another chance.We wish you all the best on your onward travel and appreciate the time you spent on reviewing us as this helps us to examine the necessary feedback from our guests.Kind regards,

Excellent value for money, great security, friendly staff and clean well kept facilities ie: laundry and toilets/showers cleaned daily! Kitchen at times was untidy however this was due to patrons not the staff, room was comfortable, clean and in great condition. Overall very impressed with the complex

Excellent location for tourists. At night, can be very noisy for awhile.
